At the heart of InSparrowing is a small, dedicated team bringing together professionalism, care, and a meticulous eye for detail in every home we enter.

While our work is always polished and high-standard, we like to keep things grounded in who we are. Behind the scenes, family is everything to us, and you may notice a light-hearted touch in our “team introductions,” where our children are given playful honorary job titles.

Georgie – Co-Founder & Interior Specialist

As co-founder of InSparrowing, I specialise in creating beautifully clean, welcoming interiors that help busy families and professionals enjoy their homes at their very best.

My favourite part of the job is transforming kitchens and bathrooms through detailed deep cleans. There’s something incredibly rewarding about taking a space from tired and overlooked to fresh, immaculate and ready to be enjoyed. It’s often the smallest details that make the biggest difference, and I take great pride in delivering the high standards our clients expect.

When I’m not perfecting a home, you’ll usually find me immersed in an audiobook while I work. As a self-confessed book lover, it keeps me entertained as I bring calm, order and sparkle back to every nest I visit.

Ash - Co-Founder & Exterior Specialist

I’m one of the co-founders of InSparrowing, and I take care of everything that helps your home look its very best from the outside in.

I specialise in exterior cleaning and upkeep, with pressure washing being a particular favourite. There’s something incredibly satisfying about restoring tired outdoor spaces—watching built-up dirt lift away to reveal clean, refreshed surfaces underneath. It’s detailed, hands-on work that delivers instant, visible results our clients love.

From driveways and patios to lawn care and general exterior maintenance, I take pride in creating outdoor spaces that feel tidy, well cared for, and welcoming for the whole family. Whether it’s preparing a home for summer, freshening up after winter, or simply keeping things looking their best year-round, I focus on reliable, high-quality results every time.

Ivar

Chief Repair Officer

If you think our standards are high, you haven't met Ivar. He runs a tight ship at InSparrowing, keeping a watchful eye over tool maintenance and ensuring everyone on site wears their hard hat. He’s nearly 4, so he's officially 'big enough' to use the power tools (the plastic ones, anyway) and isn't afraid to tell the boss when it's time to stop working and go to the park.

Rosie

Transport Manager

Rosie is the mastermind behind our route planning and fleet deployment. She believes heavy machinery require a girl’s touch, and it’s her turn first! (Obviously to make sure it running correctly…right?) She's also nearly 4, meaning she has fully mastered the art of backseat driving and being as bossy as her mum. Her current goal is convincing the team that all delivery routes should include a mandatory stop at Grandma’s house.

Bjorn

Health and Safety Officer

Bjorn takes a unique approach to risk assessment at InSparrowing. As you can clearly see from the photo , his commitment to wearing his hard hat is 100%, even if it completely blocks his vision. He believes that if he can't see the hazards, the hazards can't see him. He insists on mandatory nap breaks to reduce workplace fatigue.

Fenrir

Junior Apprentice

Meet Fenrir, our youngest team member in training. He's a quiet observer who sports some pretty cool, cutting-edge hearing tech. The rest of the crew is honestly a bit jealous of his setup—mostly because it gives him the perfect superpower to completely mute the room.
